Hockey Pucks
INGREDIENTS
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup marshmellow creme
1 package of Ritz crackers
6 ozs of semisweet chocolate chips
6 squares of choclate almond bark
1/4 of a bar of parfin wax about 1 inch in size.
DIRECTIONS
Mix peanut butter and marshmellow creme together until smooth. Spread 1 teaspoon of mixture on a cracker and top with another cracker. Place chocolate and wax in top of double boiler; stir frequently over medium heat until melted. Place cracker sandwiches onto a fork and dip into the chocolate. Drain excess chocolate and cool on waxed paper. Store in refrigerator or cover and freeze until ready to serve.

I am back from vacation. Here is one more recipe great for New Years party.
Herbed Bread Sticks
Ingredients:
Ciabatta or Focaccia
5 tbsp olive oil
flat leaf parsley
2 sun-dried tomatoes (on oil)
1 garlic clove
pepper
salt
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400F.
Combine 5 tbsp olive oil with 1 grated garlic clove, a small handful of chopped flat leaf parsely, 2 finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes and some pepper and salt to taste.
Give everything a good stir.
Slice a focaccia or ciabatta in small stripes, transfer to a roasting/baking tray. Pour the herb & garlic oil on top of the bread strips and combine everything.
Put the breadsitcks in a preheated oven for 15 mintues unitl golden brown and cripsy.
