We spent a lovely Sunday in Victoria, B.C. It was kind of a spur of the moment decision, I love it when that happens.

We went for the fish and chips,.. not bad.

Had to try the Canadian favorite, poutine.
Chips with melted cheese and beef gravy.
It was actually quite tasty.
You should probably limit yourself to one serving per year,
we shared this plate ☺
