Salsa!
We're making it by the bushel these days. And, in this crazy heat-wave we're having, it's about the only thing anyone wants to eat. We're using tomatoes from our garden (various sizes ;o) and peppers too. Sometimes we add lime but we always have cabbage and cilantro. Yum!

Glad you had a great vacation. Pictures are good. Daughter and I did an old RR track ride on the Washington/Idaho border. Worth the time and effort. Helmet lights were a must for the tunnels.
